You have 14 days from the date of delivery to issue the return request. After 14 days from the date of your delivery, you will not be eligible to return your item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in original condition and packaging undamaged. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, get in touch through the contact form or online chat. If your return is accepted we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We recommend that you use a registered postal service, as all products are returned at your own risk and we cannot be held liable for lost or damaged parcels. Unless the products are faulty, you will be responsible for the cost of returning any items to us.

The original delivery cost will not be included in your refund unless the item arrives damaged.

We cannot accept returns on perishable items, intimates, gift cards, custom items, or digital products.

You’ll be refunded to your original payment method. This may take between 5 and 10 business days, depending on your card issuer.
